Delivery Information

At Hamidiye Foods, we aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are sent using our nominated courier services.

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery normally takes approximately 2–4 working days, depending on your delivery address and courier service.

Please note that deliveries may not be made on weekends or UK bank holidays.

Delivery Charges

Standard delivery is free for orders over £50 delivered to UK mainland addresses.

For orders below this value, delivery charges depend on the parcel weight and delivery destination.

We currently do not offer customer collections, and next-day delivery is not guaranteed.

Remote & Extended Delivery Areas

Some locations require additional courier charges due to the distance or delivery arrangements involved. Additional charges may apply to certain postcodes, including:

• BT – Northern Ireland
• HS – Outer Hebrides
• IM – Isle of Man
• ZE – Shetland Islands
• IV – Inverness
• KW – Kirkwall

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands may require an additional 2–3 working days compared with standard UK mainland delivery.
